Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on electronics products.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of consumer electronics, including features, benefits, and comparisons.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and inventory management.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for technology and electronics with a willingness to learn about new products.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Japanese) are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
