Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive foot traffic, conversion rates, and customer loyalty.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, resolving complaints and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the regional team to implement promotions, marketing campaigns, and in-store events.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and retail best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, vendors, and corporate teams.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
