Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.
- Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to optimize product availability and promotional campaigns.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally to maintain brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-traffic or tourist-centric location.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and inventory tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail demands.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
