Responsibility
- Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics to optimize store performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to foster a high-performing, customer-centric team culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Collaborate with regional management to align store goals with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by retail operations.
- Passion for footwear, fashion, or lifestyle brands, with a keen eye for visual merchandising and brand representation.
