Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics to optimize store performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
  • Train, coach, and mentor staff to foster a high-performing, customer-centric team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
  • Collaborate with regional management to align store goals with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
