Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and enhance store profitability.
  • Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds Clarks’ brand standards for visual merchandising, product presentation, and customer experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage through effective loss prevention strategies.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions and optimize store performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
  • Handle day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with regional management to execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage budgets, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, or others) are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, to meet business needs.
