Responsibility

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation to align with Clarks’ brand standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty in the Bali market.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations, including health, safety, and labor laws.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local partners, and corporate stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.
  • Conduct regular team training and development sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure a positive resolution to maintain brand integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment, preferably in footwear or fashion.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages such as Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin are a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage inventory, and analyze retail metrics to optimize performance.
  • Experience with visual merchandising and store layout planning to enhance customer experience.
  • Proficient in using retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a retail environment.
  • Passion for footwear, fashion, and customer service, with a keen eye for detail and brand representation.
