Responsibility
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective strategies, monitoring KPIs, and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer service.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high standards of service, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays to maximize sales and minimize losses.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with regional management to align store operations with company goals and policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store profitability.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Familiarity with retail software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
