Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail operations across multiple store locations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain brand consistency.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to develop strategies for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations in all store operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and drive foot traffic.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a multi-store environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and visual display techniques.
