Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking feed and agricultural supplies.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports, expenses, and profitability metrics.
- Implement promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in store operations.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to align store activities with company goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in agricultural or feed supply stores.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers and staff.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and basic financial reporting.
- Knowledge of agricultural products, feed, and farming supplies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
