As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of retail associates, and ensuring the store meets its sales and customer service goals. You will play a key role in maintaining the store's visual standards, inventory management, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure the store maintains high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive growth and improve profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with the Mumuso brand and products is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
