Responsibility
- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, merchandising, and product displays
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor and analyze store KPIs, including sales, foot traffic, and customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and corporate stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance store efficiency and profitability
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in electronics or consumer goods
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in inventory management and retail operations software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Experience working in Bali or familiarity with the local market is a plus
