Responsibility

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock availability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash management duties.
  • Train and supervise junior staff or new hires to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local retail laws.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service certifications are a plus.
