Responsibility
- Assist in setting up and maintaining in-store displays according to brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure products are neatly arranged, priced correctly, and replenished as needed to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to execute seasonal or promotional display changes.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries, product locations, and purchase decisions.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or stock shortages to the store manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, including display areas, shelves, and storage rooms.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new merchandise, ensuring items are ready for display or stocking.
- Follow safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as retail operations require.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
