Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
