Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including stocking shelves and rotating merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist with restocking and inventory counts.
- Promote sales through upselling, cross-selling, and sharing product knowledge with customers.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets and store KPIs.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems or retail software is advantageous.
