Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist with inventory management.
- Provide support in receiving and unpacking shipments, and updating stock records.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
