Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, selections, and purchases with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payment systems accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report low stock to management
- Handle customer complaints or issues with diplomacy and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Follow company policies for security, safety, and loss prevention
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures and routine maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in retail is a plus)
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or similar roles (entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg)
- Basic math and cash-handling proficiency
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required
