Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including restocking and merchandising.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock takes, and report low stock to management.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in opening/closing store procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Passion for fashion, retail, or customer engagement.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a bonus.
