Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Restock and organize merchandise, ensuring shelves and displays are visually appealing and well-maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management for timely replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including floors, aisles, and storage areas.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments, verifying quantities, and labeling products.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move items up to 15 kg.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
