Responsibility

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
  • Restock and organize merchandise, ensuring shelves and displays are visually appealing and well-maintained.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management for timely replenishment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including floors, aisles, and storage areas.
  • Assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments, verifying quantities, and labeling products.
  • Handle customer complaints or returns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move items up to 15 kg.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
