Responsibility
- Provide personalized customer service to help clients select sports equipment tailored to their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of NCRSport’s inventory, including apparel, footwear, and accessories.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Achieve sales targets by upselling complementary products and promoting current promotions.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and conducting regular audits.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Collaborate with the team to execute marketing campaigns, in-store events, and seasonal sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or sales (sports/fitness industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for sports, fitness, or outdoor activities with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet store demands.
- Basic math and POS system proficiency for accurate transaction handling.
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are advantageous).
- Proven ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or sports management is a plus.
