Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential mall venues, luxury resorts, and event spaces in Bali for jewellery pop-up stores and exclusive events.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine optimal locations for maximum brand exposure and ROI.
- Negotiate lease agreements, partnerships, and sponsorship deals with mall management, event organizers, and property owners.
- Develop and present data-driven proposals to stakeholders, outlining the benefits of each potential site.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of pop-up activations and events.
- Monitor foot traffic, sales performance, and customer engagement at each location to assess success and refine strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts, including real estate agents, mall developers, and event planners.
- Stay updated on retail trends, consumer behavior, and emerging opportunities in Bali’s luxury market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail expansion, site selection, or business development, preferably in the luxury or jewellery sector.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of securing high-value partnerships.
- Excellent analytical and research abilities to assess market potential and site viability.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to pitch ideas to stakeholders and clients.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape, including malls, resorts, and event venues in target areas.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
