Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Manage cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store presentation by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring a clean, inviting environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to company policies, including health and safety standards, and cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and cash handling abilities with attention to accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a bonus.
