Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and digital payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are neatly presented.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and report low stock or supply needs to the management team.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments, verifying deliveries, and updating inventory records.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
- Promote sales and special offers to customers, contributing to the store’s revenue targets.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety, security, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic math and cash handling abilities, with attention to detail in transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills is advantageous.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong asset.
