Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate financial records.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist with stocktaking to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Process deliveries, unpack merchandise, and ensure products are correctly priced and displayed.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store KPIs.
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math and cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
