Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product locations, and purchases.
- Operate the cash register accurately, handling transactions, refunds, and payment processing.
- Maintain store presentation by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring a clean, inviting environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment, including unloading deliveries and labeling products.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg).
- Familiarity with POS systems or willingness to learn quickly.

- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
