Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with inquiries and purchases
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring cleanliness
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and monitoring stock levels
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Promote current sales, special offers, and loyalty programs to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives
- Follow all company policies regarding safety, security, and loss prevention
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent educational background
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
