Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and assist with stocktaking.
- Promote sales and special offers to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in opening and closing store procedures, including security checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
