Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to local and international shoppers, including Chinese-speaking clients.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments accurately.
- Assist in stock arrangement, inventory checks, and restocking merchandise to maintain store presentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments, and updating inventory records.
- Promote products and special offers to customers to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Chinese-speaking male candidates are strongly preferred (Mandarin or other Chinese dialects).
- No prior experience required – full training provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities for accurate transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., stock boxes).
- Familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus but not mandatory.
