Responsibility
- Assist in the physical setup of retail stores, including fixture installation and merchandise placement
- Coordinate with store managers to implement visual merchandising standards
- Conduct field assessments to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
- Manage inventory during store transitions or new location openings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute store layouts and promotional displays
- Maintain accurate records of setup activities and report progress to management
- Troubleshoot and resolve setup-related issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation and setup processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail setup, visual merchandising, or similar fieldwork roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 20kg) as needed
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to travel to various store locations in Bali
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and store layouts
- Proficiency in using hand tools and setup equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail certification is a plus
