Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on Skechers products.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments with integrity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock takes, transfers, and receiving new shipments.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in line with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Strong product knowledge or the willingness to learn about Skechers’ offerings.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or business qualifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
