Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving escalated issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain team, and ensure product availability.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to develop actionable strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols in the store.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and meet performance targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office tools.
