Responsibility
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail sales associates to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for Unifi products and services.
- Oversee daily operations of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including promotions, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and ensure the retail space is well-organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked with Unifi products.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement or training.
- Handle customer escalations and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution aligns with company standards and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align retail operations with broader business objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team of sales associates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology retail sector is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of retail operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.
- Proficiency in using retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
