Responsibility
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, resolving escalations and fostering a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with store management to optimize inventory, merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Train new hires on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in alignment with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
