Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Conduct regular team training and coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to optimize revenue and foot traffic.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and execute promotional campaigns and visual merchandising plans.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for luxury retail and fashion.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
