Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Oversee store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and service skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to improve KPIs and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store manager to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal collections, and in-store events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment aligned with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in a luxury or fashion retail setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for delivering memorable shopping experiences.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems, inventory management, and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends, luxury brands, and customer preferences in the Bali market.
