Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Oversee store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align store operations with corporate objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and customers effectively.
- Familiarity with retail management software, POS systems, and inventory tracking tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorās degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
