Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize product distribution across assigned sales territories to ensure 100% market coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts, particularly Pareto outlets, to drive sales and loyalty.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and trade marketing activities to boost product visibility and demand.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competition, gather customer feedback, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and retail standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer products, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor or retail networks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with teams and clients effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and sales management tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (Badung and surrounding areas).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
