Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve KPIs.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, resolving escalations and fostering a positive shopping experience.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Conduct regular team training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain store visual standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and appealing retail environment.
- Collaborate with regional managers to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, budgets, and operational documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting/exceeding targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and basic retail software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
