Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure product availability.
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and upsell effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee store merchandising, visual displays, and promotional activities to attract foot traffic.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety standards, and local retail regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic retail software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail schedules.
