Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the logistics team to maintain optimal product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to create an appealing in-store experience that drives sales.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and recommend improvements to store management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
