Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards.
- Monitor store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling procedures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with store management to implement promotional strategies and drive foot traffic.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Analyze sales reports and recommend improvements to enhance store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
