Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets (traditional and modern trade) in Bali to monitor product availability, pricing, and display compliance.
- Execute in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and sampling activities to drive consumer engagement and sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and negotiating with retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and staff to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback, and report insights to the sales team.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery coordination, and inventory management for assigned outlets.
- Provide training and support to retail staff on product knowledge, merchandising standards, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, including visit logs, sales figures, and action plans for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or FMCG distribution, preferably in the Bali region.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with retailers and customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape (Cangcu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and existing relationships with local outlets are a plus.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and data analysis.
- Ownership of a motorcycle (SIM C required) and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
