Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate stock management, including inventory tracking, replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain an appealing store layout.
- Ensure smooth operations of the retail outlet and consignment counters, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold brand standards and achieve individual/team KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to enhance brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan promotions, seasonal campaigns, and in-store events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and staff performance for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within fashion retail or a related industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail POS software.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for visual merchandising and trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
