Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Bali locations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity.
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track operational performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in Bali or familiarity with the local business landscape is highly desirable.
