Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets (traditional and modern trade) to drive sales and promote Wismilak products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective in-store execution and relationship management.
- Ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and stock availability in all assigned outlets.
- Implement promotional campaigns, merchandising standards, and trade marketing activities to boost brand awareness.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback, and report insights to the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail owners, managers, and staff to secure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to the regional sales manager.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or FMCG distribution (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple outlets efficiently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Bali regions (own motorcycle and valid driver’s license are required).
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word) for reporting and data entry.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written) is a plus.
