Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store owners and managers in Bali.
- Ensure consistent product availability and optimal shelf placement in assigned stores.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product performance and address customer concerns.
- Promote new products and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Provide training and support to retail staff on product features and benefits.
- Collect market feedback and report insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, FMCG, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape is a plus.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
