Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, including hardware stores, home improvement centers, and independent retailers across Bali.
- Promote Mowilex products by providing in-depth product knowledge, demonstrations, and sales support to retail partners.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and strategic sales techniques.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement, stock levels, and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Mowilex’s retail network in Bali.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions, discounts, and in-store events.
- Provide timely feedback to the sales manager on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the paints, coatings, or home improvement industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with retail partners and customers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional local languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to visit retail locations and attend customer meetings.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques, market analysis, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
