Responsibility
- Drive sales of mobile phones and accessories by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, promotions, and pricing to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with company standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new products, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and productive store environment by fostering teamwork and supporting colleagues.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role; experience in the mobile phone or electronics industry is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and technology trends is desirable.
