Responsibility
- Welcome and assist customers in the OPPO Store, providing a friendly and professional experience.
- Demonstrate OPPO smartphones, accessories, and promotions to potential buyers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the store management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OPPO products, features, and pricing to answer customer queries accurately.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure the store’s visual merchandising standards are met, including product displays and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the store team to organize and execute in-store events or promotions.
- Record sales data and customer feedback for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or promotional roles (preferably in electronics or smartphones).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong product knowledge or a quick learner with a passion for technology and gadgets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with OPPO products or willingness to undergo product training.
