As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be the face of our brand in retail outlets, ensuring our products are attractively displayed, well-stocked, and strategically positioned to maximize sales. You’ll work closely with retail partners, monitor inventory levels, and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand presence. Based in Bali’s key commercial hubs—including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung—you’ll have the chance to engage with diverse customers and retailers in one of Indonesia’s most vibrant markets.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and local outlets in assigned territories.
- Ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and stock levels to maximize sales and meet company targets.
- Execute in-store merchandising strategies, including shelf stocking, pricing updates, and promotional setups.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to the sales team for strategic adjustments.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit product displays, cleanliness, and compliance with brand standards.
- Assist in the implementation of sales promotions, demonstrations, and sampling events to drive customer engagement.
- Collect and report sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to management for analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align merchandising efforts with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, merchandising, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with retailers and customers.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple store visits and tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising principles.
- Proficient in using mobile apps or tools for data reporting (training will be provided).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned areas in Bali (own transportation is a plus).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
